Alimansky, President, Treasurer, Trustee
Retired from career in Finance and Engineering.
Mr. Alimansky has been affiliated with the ICS as a Trustee for 30
years, is also president of a non-profit environmental organization, and has been active with Boston area community service organizations.

Cadow, Trustee
Principal Software Engineer at Funk Software.
Mr. Cadow has been active with ICS, and among his
community activities he is very active with the First Parish in Brookline, Unitarian
Universalist.

M. Duane, Trustee
Former Program Director, CASPAR (Cambridge and Somerville Coalition for
Alcohol and Drug Recovery)
Mr. Duane spent twenty-five years
as a Roman Catholic priest and a member of the Congregation of Holy
Cross. Active in community organizing and higher education, he has taught
pastoral theology and served in the administration of Notre Dame
University, Indiana University and Stonehill College. He participates in ICS’s renewed
focus on community outreach.

Dr. Goldman, active with ICS for a year, is semi-retired from a
medical practice in Burlington and is active in medical economics and
medical ethics. He has been active in Jewish philanthropies in the
Boston area.

Mr. Pearl is vice-president of the The Village Bank,
responsible for branch operations.
He is active with the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce, and other
community organizations.

Alan Sieber, Ph.D., Trustee
Director of Mental Health/Counseling, UMass Boston Health Service
Counseling Center
Dr. Sieber brings to the Board experience in psychological services, administration and outreach.
He has worked in the University of Massachusetts Boston Health Service
Counseling Center as a psychologist for the past 18 years and director for the past 10 years.
A minister’s son and a former member
of Temple Shalom in Newton, he participates in ICS’s renewed
focus on community outreach.

Woodies, Vice-president and Trustee
Mr. Woodies has been affiliated with ICS for 15 years and has held
positions as president and vice-president. He is a Motivational
Consultant working with business sales forces, supervisors, and
managers. He is active with other Boston area non-profits.
